Tailored prospects

AI prospects built on your offer.

Pitchbase reads your website and your documents, then creates prospects who resemble your customers: same industry, same objections, same competitor already in place.

  • Inès Morel

    Purchasing Manager · Atelier Brun

    Level 2/5 · Moderate

She has tracked the workshop's expenses on a spreadsheet for six years. Above all, she wants to know who will take over that history.

  • Hugo Lemaire

    Co-founder · Kanopée

    Level 3/5 · Realistic

His team already pays with their bank's cards. He doesn't see what one more tool would gain him.

  • Antoine Perrin

    Managing Director · Imprimerie Vautrin

    Level 4/5 · Hard

He signed with a competitor last year, for three years. He'll only move if you put a number on what he's losing.

Three ways to create a prospect.

To train on your market, or to rehearse a real meeting with the person you're about to call.

  • Your offer

    Prospects from your market.

Your website, then your documents: sales script, brochure, presentation. Pitchbase draws out your offer, your customers and their objections, then a first three prospects. You review and correct them.

  • A LinkedIn profile

The person you're about to call.

Export their LinkedIn profile as a PDF: Pitchbase turns it into a prospect based on their background, and your rep rehearses the meeting before taking it. The PDF is not kept.

  • Your brief

    The prospect you describe.

A few lines are enough: their role, their situation, what's holding them back. You set the difficulty across five levels, from Easy to Expert.

They sound like your customers.

Their industry, their jargon, their current provider, the objections you hear in the field. And each one keeps reasons they don't say out loud: it's up to your rep to draw them out. Click to listen.

One offer, the whole team.

You describe your offer once, and the whole team trains on it.

  • Built once, shared by everyone.

You prepare the offer and its prospects, then distribute them to the team. Each rep finds the offer in their own workspace, without being able to edit it.

  • One offer per product.

Sell several offers? Each one has its own playbook, and each rep trains on their own.

  • Up to date when the offer changes.

A new price, a new argument: you correct the offer, then update the prospects you already created in one click.

Frequently asked questions.

Another question? Ask it during the demo.

Does the prospect know our offer?

They know their market, their industry and their vocabulary from the first call. They discover your offer like a real customer: on the cold call, they don't yet know what you sell; at the following meetings, they know it and compare it with what they already use.

Our website doesn't say everything. What should we do?

Add your documents: sales script, brochure, presentation, pitch deck, as a PDF, Word or PowerPoint file. You can also start from a single sentence describing what you sell, then complete your offer sheet.

What happens to the imported LinkedIn profile?

The PDF is used to create the prospect, then it is not kept. The person's contact details (email, phone, links) are removed before analysis.

Can you adjust the difficulty?

Yes, across five levels, from Easy to Expert. Easy for a first call, Expert for a customer who's already equipped and has no wish to change.
