Call simulation
A real meeting, before the real one.
Your reps call an AI prospect who talks, listens, follows up and objects. By phone, on video with screen sharing, or with two people in the room.

You
Three ways to play the meeting.
Each meeting is played in the format it will actually happen in.
-
By phone, from cold call to closing.
The prospect picks up, asks their questions and follows up when the answer is vague. Your rep can cut them off: they stop, just like on a real call.
-
On video, with screen sharing.
Your rep shares their presentation or their product. The prospect sees the screen and reacts to what's on it. The camera stays on the computer: it is never transmitted or recorded.
-
In a meeting, with two people in the room.
The decision-maker and a second person, each with their own priorities and what they don't say. For demos, closings and account follow-up meetings.
Rehearse your next real meeting.
Before a meeting that matters, your rep plays it out against the AI prospect first.
-
They paste what they know about the client.
A copied LinkedIn profile, their CRM notes, or a few lines. Pasted text is never kept.
-
Pitchbase prepares the meeting sheet.
Where things stand, what's at stake, the client's likely objections. They review and correct it.
-
They rehearse, then they make the real call.
Against an AI prospect built on that sheet, as many times as it takes.

Demo
- Where you stand
- First call on Tuesday: she agreed to a thirty-minute demo. Her current software doesn't flag prep errors.
- What is at stake
- She has to convince her CFO before the end of the quarter.
- Their probable objections
- "We just went through a tool change, the team doesn't want another one."
- "How long does it take to migrate our data?"
- "Is your price per site or per user?"
Frequently asked questions.
Another question? Ask it during the demo.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Everything happens in the browser, on a computer, with a microphone or a headset. For video, you need a browser that supports screen sharing, such as Chrome or Edge.
Can you interrupt the prospect?
Yes. Just like on a real call: when your rep starts talking, the prospect stops and listens.
How long does a call last?
As long as the real meeting: a few minutes for a cold call, a quarter of an hour or more for a demo or a closing. A call can last up to an hour.
Is the camera recorded?
No. On video, the camera is only there so your rep can see themselves, just like in a real video call: the image stays on their computer, it is never transmitted or recorded.
Is our reps' voice analyzed?
No. The voice is only transcribed. The debrief and the speech metrics (talk time, pace, filler words) are calculated from the transcript, never from the audio. Calls are recorded for playback, then deleted after 90 days.
