Use cases · Meeting preparation

The real meeting, rehearsed the day before.

Before a demo to a major account or a negotiation with procurement, your reps rehearse the meeting against an AI prospect built on the real person they're meeting. They walk in already knowing what's going to be tricky.

The meeting that matters gets prepared alone.

  • You review your slides, not the conversation.

Preparation focuses on what you're going to say, rarely on what the other person will answer.

  • The objection lands live.

The price, the timeline, the cheaper competitor: the rep discovers them in front of the client.

  • No one to play the client.

The manager doesn't have time to play the prospect the day before every important meeting.

The meeting rehearsed, in three stages.

The AI prospect isn't a made-up client: it's built on the person your rep is about to meet, in the format of the real meeting.

  1. They describe their real contact.

What they know about them, their LinkedIn profile, the type of meeting. Pitchbase prepares the brief: what's at stake and their probable objections.

  2. They play it in the real format.

By phone, on video with their screen shared, or in a meeting with two people who don't expect the same thing.

  3. They replay it until they're ready.

The debrief shows what went wrong, the missed objection gets replayed right away, and the meeting gets rehearsed as many times as it takes.

Four meetings prepared this way.

The meetings where a misstep costs the most, from the first exchange to a client's renewal.

  1. Demo

The demo to a major account.

On video, with their screen shared, facing a prospect who asks the questions of their trade.

  2. Closing

    The negotiation with procurement.

The price, the terms, the cheaper competing offer: holding the value without discounting.

  3. Meeting

    Two people to convince.

The decision-maker and the user in the same meeting, each with their own expectations and reservations.

  4. QBR

    A client's renewal.

On the account's file: what they bought, what's happened since, the topics still open.

Frequently asked questions.

Another question? Ask it during the demo.

What do you need to know about the other person?

What your rep already knows: their role, their company, their LinkedIn profile, what's been said so far. The more they give, the truer the rehearsal. They review and correct the brief before calling.

Can you rehearse against two people?

Yes. When starting the call, your rep chooses "In a meeting": two AI prospects, each with their own expectations, in the same conversation.

Can you share your screen?

Yes, on video: your rep shares their presentation or your software, just like in the real meeting. You need a browser that supports screen sharing, such as Chrome or Edge.

How many times can you rehearse?

As many times as the seat's quota allows: 15, 45 or 100 simulations a month depending on the plan. A missed objection gets reworked in a few minutes.

Is our clients' information protected?

It stays in your workspace, hosted in the European Union. The voice is only transcribed, and recordings are deleted after 90 days.
