Everyone improves on their real weak spot.

Every call is debriefed with the team's sales method. You see what each person needs to work on, turn it into a mission, and track their progress on the calls that follow.

Training wears off, habits stay.

  • The same training for everyone.

Yet everyone has their own weak spot: one doesn't dig deep enough, another presents too soon, a third folds on price.

  • What isn't practiced gets forgotten.

Without practice in the days that follow, the method stays in the training deck.

  • The 1:1 runs on impressions.

The manager only listens to a small share of the calls, and coaches on whatever they happened to hear that day.

From debrief to progress, in three stages.

The weak spot shows up in the calls, it becomes a mission, and the progress reads on the calls that follow. Everyone compares against themselves.

  1. The debrief shows what's missing.

Every call is read with the team's method, letter by letter, with the exact sentence from the call that proves it.

  2. You turn it into a mission.

Straight from the area to improve on her file: a prospect that forces this point to be worked, sent to the right person, with a deadline.

  3. You see the progress, call after call.

How many times each letter is covered over their last calls. What's holding up shows, and so does what's left to do.

The coaching cycle, in four stages.

Every rep's file follows the order of a 1:1: what they did, what falls outside the benchmark, what you decide together, and the practice that follows.

  1. 01

    Recent activity.

Who's training, how often, and how their scores are evolving over their last calls.

  2. 02

    Areas to improve.

What falls outside the benchmark on their calls, each area with the dated call that shows it.

  3. 03

    Action plan.

What you decide in the 1:1. They find it on their Progress page, next to their calls.

  4. 04

    Missions.

A prospect that forces the point to be worked, and its progress step by step.

Frequently asked questions.

Another question? Ask it during the demo.

Where do the areas to improve come from?

From the debrief of every call, read with the team's sales method, and speech metrics calculated from the transcript: talk time, filler words, monologues. Each area links back to the call that shows it.

Which sales method?

The team's: sixteen methods are ready (SPIN, MEDDPICC, BANT, Challenger...), or your own in-house method, turned into a grid by Pitchbase for teams on a custom quote.

What does the rep see?

Their calls and their debriefs, their letter-by-letter progress, their missions and their manager's notes. They don't see their colleagues' calls.

Is there a leaderboard?

No. Pitchbase never shows a leaderboard: everyone compares against themselves, and the manager sees everyone's progress.

Are the scores used to evaluate reps?

No. The scores are produced by an AI from the call transcripts: they are indicative and used for coaching, never for an evaluation.
