Every call reviewed with your sales method.

About thirty seconds after the call, your rep sees what they covered, what they missed, and replays the part that went wrong.

What the debrief shows.

What was done, what was missed, and the moment it happened.

  1. 01

    The grid, letter by letter.

Every criterion in your method: covered, to work on, or missed. Your rep sees at a glance what's holding up and what's left to do.

  2. 02

    The exact moment.

Every point links back to the moment in the call where it happened, with what they could have said instead. Nothing invented: it all comes from the call.

  3. 03

    What they didn't tell you.

Every prospect keeps one piece of information to themselves. The debrief says whether your rep got it out, without ever revealing it.

The missed objection gets replayed right away.

No need to redo the whole call: your rep picks up at the exact moment they got stuck.

  • Three minutes, the same prospect.

They find the prospect again at the same moment in the call, facing the same objection, and answer differently.

  • As many times as it takes.

Missed objections wait for them in their training space. They replay them until they know what to say.

Replay the call, backed by the numbers.

Frequently asked questions.

Another question? Ask it during the demo.

Is the score a grade?

No. The score out of 100 is indicative and meant to help you improve, it does not evaluate the person. The debrief is produced by an AI from the call transcript: it's a coaching aid, never an evaluation.

Which sales methods are available?

Sixteen: BANT, CHAMP, SPIN, SNAP, PAS and BANT, Challenger, MEDIC, MEDDIC, MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, SPICED, Sandler, Gap Selling, Gap Selling and ADKAR, BEBEDC and principled negotiation. Every stage of the sales cycle has its own method by default, and you can change it before the call.

Can we use our own method?

Yes, for teams and schools on a custom quote: from your document, Pitchbase turns your method into a grid, and your reps are debriefed against it.

How long does it take to get the debrief?

About thirty seconds after the call ends.

Is our reps' voice analyzed?

No. The voice is only transcribed. The debrief and the speech metrics are calculated from the transcript, never from the audio. Calls are recorded for playback, then deleted after 90 days.
