Team tracking

See who's improving, and on what.

Who's training, what each person needs to work on, missions after every training session, and 1:1s prepared around real calls.

Your training becomes a mission.

After a training session, you describe the situation you worked on. Pitchbase turns it into a prospect and a call journey, which each rep plays before the deadline. You see who's moving forward, and who's stuck.

  1. You describe the situation.

In one sentence: what the training worked on, the objection to hold, the target client. Then you choose the journey, from cold call to closing.

  2. Pitchbase prepares the prospect.

Their situation and what holds them back. You review it, set what the rep needs to achieve and the deadline, then send it to the team.

  3. You track everyone, step by step.

Who's finished, who needs to retry, who hasn't started. Every call opens onto its debrief.

Your note, they read it.

What you write in their file after a 1:1 becomes their action plan. They find it in their workspace, next to their calls.

Everyone compares against themselves.

No leaderboard between reps. Everyone sees their own progress, letter by letter, on the team's sales method.

  • Their grid, call after call.

For every letter in the method: how many times they covered it over their last calls. What's holding up shows, and so does what's left to do.

  • One priority, not a grade.

A single point to work on first, with the call that shows it. Scores are indicative: they're for coaching, never an evaluation.

Frequently asked questions.

Another question? Ask it during the demo.

Is there a leaderboard between reps?

No. Pitchbase never shows a leaderboard: each rep sees their own progress, and the manager sees everyone's.

What does the rep see on their side?

Their calls and their debriefs, their letter-by-letter progress, their missions and their manager's notes. They don't see their colleagues' calls.

How do you invite the team?

By a link or by email. Everyone's role (SDR, account executive, account manager) is set at the invitation, and it determines the cycle stages they play.

Up to how many reps?

From a team of a few reps to several hundred: up to 1,000 seats, on a custom quote for large teams.

Are the scores used to evaluate reps?

No. The scores are produced by an AI from the call transcripts: they are indicative and used for coaching, never for an evaluation.
